If you&#039;re trying to lose weight, the one sure fire way to burn calories while you sleep is to eat 1-2 teaspoons of honey 15 minutes before going to bed. Your stomach and liver burn calories while trying to digest the honey. Also, drinking plenty of ice cold water, because your tomach has to work harder to warm it up, thus burning calories.</description>
