  3. Don’t try to eat less at the beginning. Small French fries instead of a big portion… This replacement could be so sad for you that you would simply quit the idea of starting to eat healthy.   1. Wow excellent tips to keep ourselves fit in a busy schedule?? can’t believe this?? It’s difficult to eat foods that you didn’t want before. The rules help cut down on hundreds of calories without any stress. Eating less at the beginning was a great problem. The tips really helps in keeping a balanced diet in a hectic schedule by eating healthy foods. So cutting down meal portions is brilliant. Using big plate but filling it with foods we can safely eat in large quantities like shrimp, chicken, stir-fired or raw vegetables. We can really eat lots of these.
    Sauces! is the main problem , I need sauce with each and every meal which needed to exclude, especially sour cream or butter based, right from the beginning.Thanks for the suggestions.Having a glass of water before meal is an excellent idea for feeling full quicker.
