Do not waste your money and time going to the day spa to remove your cellulite. I paid the money but it justcame back. Big waste of cash.

1) Could I do this at home myself?

2) What are the steps for freezing the fat cells?

3) How often should do this? (for example:. twice a day for 10 mins and best time do it before went to sleep )

4) Could I just put ice in a plastic bag and directly touch my legs?

I know this is a new technology. An educational guess is fine to me. I am willing to get myself tested.
