Hi, this is Michelle.
I have blackheads on my nose and recently after using the St. Ive’s Apricot Scrub, little spots of acne have developed. I was wondering what I should do and use what cleanser in order to clear it all as fast as possible. My skin is rarely oily so I’m not sure what I should do. Thank you.

hello .
i am having blackheads on and around my nose tip.sometimes they leads to pimple there on the same place…in winters my nose tip becomes red is it because of bleakheads????
i dont know if i have bleackheads any where else on my body..i smoke alot that is 7-10 a day, is there any effect of smoking…i m having dandruff but not that it can lead to bleakheads ….i want some good treatment which i myself can do either its making some remedy at home or buying some product …but i just want to get rid of this as it reduces my confidence level ……and at the same time i dont want my pores to be get widened as i see many people have those big pores ..uhh it looks ugly..
please help me if you can..

i have whiteheads (or so i think) on my cheeks n forehead. they’re small n sharp n certainly feels rough when i touch my face. is picking them with a blackhead picker after washing my face with warm water recommended? and also i have spot marks wich were left by the removal of blackheads. how do i remove them? i need ur help. thanx alot!

As for Rena’s problem, try using body scrub 2 times a week together with bath sponge, the sponge shouldn’t be too soft.

Another tip for everybody suffering from blackheads is using lemon juice. Just apply it over your skin (it’s very good for the face, too) after bath or shower. It hurts and “burns”, but it helps. Try to stand it, because it’s worth. Don’t use any creams after it, just go to bed after applying it. Lemon Juice cleans the pores well. Try doing it for one week, and you will see the difference.

One more thing I want to tell you all – sometimes even no super-remedies help against blackheads. Please, mind that there are lots of factors that affect your skin. It’s bad ecology, polluted air, the sun, your diet, the weather and so on. Skin care is only one of them, but a really important one. So, don’t skip it.

Hi,I have blackheads at the back of my legs since before when I was teenager,now im almost 24.Can u help me pls? Its been a long time i’ve been suffering of my blackheads.Before I dont really mind it but now im very concious of my legs.And also I have a black and white skin just under my bum.I dunno what it is.I just noticed it a month ago.Before I dont have it.Thanks for the help!

Janelle, I personally prefer Vichy Normaderm Exfoliating Gel Scrub – it has smooth micro-particles that seem to work amazing when I use it regularly. Not sure that it will work for every skin type, just like all cosmetics products, but I really recommend it, because for me it’s the best scrub ever.

Hi i have been squeezing my blackheads and iv noticed that the skin on my nose is starting to peal or get dry easy. This really doesn’t help. I’ve moved to another state and the humidity is making my bad sensitive skin much worse than I thought it could ever be. I use mild creams and cleansers, use makeup that doesn’t clog pores and stay out of the sun (I burn very easily) and my skin looks awful. I can’t see another idiotic dermatologist as they all just say it’s “dermatitis” which means I wasted $100 for someone to tell me they have no idea what’s wrong with my skin. This article has told me what every other has told me: your skin will NEVER look good, tough luck kid.
