Nicole Richie recently got into a car accident while paparazzi were chasing her. Finally, they will pay for it. The court has granted It-Girl’s request.

Photographers Ivon Miguel and Eduardo Arrivabene denied that they ever violated Richie’s right for private life. However, Miguel did apologize to Nicole for the fact that he and his partner ended up being the cause of the accident. The judge at the Supreme Court of Los Angeles did not think that an apology was enough. Carol Boas Goodson ordered the men to stay away from Nicole and her two children (minimum distance of 50 yards) until the year 2012.
