Jennifer’s Body, the new horror movie starring Megan Fox and Amanda Seyfried, has spawned its first red band trailer. It shows everything that can be expected from a film about a possessed beauty – violence, suspense, eroticism laid with a big spoon. If anybody wanted more incentive to watch the movie, they have got it with a vengeance.
Jennifer’s Body is a 20th Century Fox production written by Diablo Cody, whom you may remember by his winning an Oscar and by his book Candy Girl. (You will find there his particular type of fun and spice.) It is produced by Jason Reitman and directed by Karyn Kusama (Girlfight, Aeon Flux). And, needless to say, Megan Fox looks awesome and Amanda Seyfried is devilishly charming.
A dark comedy, the movie tells the story of a cheerleader who had been leading an orderly life until she found herself possessed by a demon who works havoc with her life making her devour boys. Soon she has to come face-to-face with her best friend and discover that her transformation lies at the door of a group of Satan worshippers.
The STYD trailer was accompanied by the announcement that the movie is to be out on September 18th. You won’t be likely to miss it!
