Actress Kate Hudson, 30, and New York Yankees third baseman Alex Rodriguez, 34, have spent half a year together, but now, according to the US Weekly information, they are through with their relationship.

The history of their dating began in May. The couple didn’t choose to hit the public eye much, although throughout the fall Hudson became a familiar figure to see in the stands during the Yankees’ championship run.

And now they are reported to have drifted apart. At last week’s Late Show With David Letterman Hudson, when Letterman started to question her about the A-Rod affair, played a good evasion game.

Kate Hudson has the new film Nine coming on on Christmas Day.
