Highest Paid Musicians in 2009

Billboard Magazine revealed the list of highest paid musicians in 2009. The estimates were based on the earnings from touring and album sales. Geniusbeauty.com presents the Top 10 of the ranking:

  2. Bruce Springsteen ($57.6 million)
  3. Madonna ($47.2 million)
  4. AC/DC ($43.6 million)
  5. Britney Spears ($38.9 million)
  6. Pink ($36.3 million)
  7. Jonas Brothers ($33.6 million)
  8. Coldplay ($27.3 million)
  9. Kenny Chesney ($26.6 million)
  10. Metallica ($25.6 million)

Beyonce landed the number 13 spot with $23.6 million; Michael Jackson took the 20th place followed by Taylor Swift ($17.2 million) at the 21st place and Depeche Mode ($16 million) at the 22d. Iconic former Beatle Paul McCartney was as low as at the 31st place with $12.2 million.
