Drinking a glass of wine a day is beneficial to the liver heath, claim scientists at California State University. They have studied the predilections for alcohol drinks and the health state of the liver of 7000 abstainers and 4500 people drinking alcohol regularly. It has been found, that those, who consume a glass of wine a day had a healthier liver, than those, who don’t drink alcohol at all.
