		<description>It seems they are basing their studies on people who exercise on a regular basis, then stop. Of coarse these people may experiences weight gain, that is common sense! 

Any type of exercise is good for your heart and well being. Playing a sport is great for socialising and it improves your fittness levels at the same time!</description>

		<description>This is a bit misleading...exercise is not all about losing weight.  I don&#039;t think it is right to tell people not to exercise unless they can commit to regular exercise for a year...just a small bit of exercise is extremely benificial to your health.  It&#039;s not all about the pounds.</description>
